I contacted the bank to claim the funds but the bank refused to release funds for me.The bank manager told me that my late father left a statement with the bank that in the event of his death, I reached the Age of 27 years before the fund will be released to me or I have a Guardian who should receive the money on my behalf, than with the agreement of the Bank. Dear I am humbly seeking your assistance in the following points: (1) to a bank account where this money should be transferred to your country will be provided. (2) To qualify as a guardian of this fund since I am a girl of 23 years and am looking to make arrangement for me to come over to your country to further our education system after the money was transferred to your account. Also, I am ready to input 20% of the total sum as compensation for your effort / after the successful transfer of this fund into your account and I also mapped out 5% of the costs.
