' He confirmed that she was in a critical state, known as osteoporosis.'' The doctor announced. Various thoughts ran in each of our two heads at the same time . How could she suddenly be plagued by this strange disease? '' Osteoporosis is the abnormal loss of bony tissue and causes fragile bones porous, the doctor went on to clarify the diagnosis,'' there is usually a lack of calcium, and is more common in postmenopausal women''Andrea was in her late thirties and would not describe herself as'' postmenopausal in every respect.'' Your bones will gradually become so weak, and you need to get good walking shoes. Avoid large crowds and be extra careful when walking on rainy days,'' the doctor verdict came .Andrea felt as though a piece of her life was cut off. She have to do all these things and much more.Although I had accompanied her to the hospital , but she could not shake the feeling of fear and insecurity that overwhelmed her.From this time , life had become unbearable for us. Just as the doctor had told..... her bones gradually weakened and brittle.Within a short time, had her whole life changed.Andrea could not walk alone or do the housework freely. Going to the shops, visiting Orphanage and church meetings, was now a thing of the past. Tending her garden, which she was greatly her joy became an impossible task.The doctor had some medication that was prescribed for her,every day and night...But along the line was a temporary relief as intended,and in other times causing complications in her body.Andrea lost her hair and had little appetite for food.The side effects also caused a narrowing of her esophagus, it was difficult for her to swallow without a choke.This situation made her often suffer from ulcers and thus made her more demanding. In addition, she was always in the hospital, sometimes for several days in order to relieve the pressure in her bones.For the next ten years, Andrea's life turned around the hospital Year after year, she became increasingly dependent on me and Claudia,to do anything for her.I spent the most time with her, and for this reason, I was no longer regular in office.This situation continued to affect Andrea emotionally, for a long time . She felt herself being a burden to the entire family, constantly overwhelmed by the thought of her future, depriving her of calmness, not very long, a crisis struck again, and on rushing her to the hospital in an ambulance, she gave up the ghost. The doctor tried everything to revive her, but could not.It was then I felt the gravity of this world, crumbling on me. But to God be the glory who gave me the grace to cope with the loss, and provided for me and my daughter.... I hope that you will understand, though tears are freely flowing my brown eyes, while trying to recall memories gone cold and stale.
