The 88s series comes from the Republic of Mari El, just contains thefake serial number nor the two '88 ', was probably a copying error! The issue date of 18/08/1999does not match serial number 93 35 ..., which are all thought 36 years into the future, this serial numberget! The city is indeed Balashikha in the Moscow area, but the stamp is a long way in Mari El! TheSecurity features on the private passport photo are created twice!
