But this process has to pass through the Central bank of Malaysia and a Ministry under the government that verifies that money is not meant for terrorist promotion in this country. Babe, I was made to realize that it will take over 5weeks or more before the transfer approval can be made, and you know I have a deadline and this scared me so much because I can't afford to lose all I have invested on those machines and equipments.I will be given my payment after the machines and equipment are being properly used to rehabilitate, and decorate the Stadium. I wish the Commissioner could help me right now so I can pay the import tariff, but he told me they do not help executors anymore since it is against the constitution of their country. Babe, this is very hard for me. I hate to bother you with my problem, but I need your help right now. If I don't get the machines out of the seaport before 3 days time (Saturday) it will be considered as hemorrhaged shipment, and that will be a big loss on my side. I have invested a lot on this and I can't afford to lose all that. Besides, the Government has given me a deadline to complete working on the contract as there are some fixtures of matches, and activities for the stadium earlier next year.I pleaded with the store manager this morning to give me more upfront so I can pay the import tax and get the machines and equipments out of there, but he told me there is nothing he can do, that it is against their company rule to do such. If I had know this country is so messed up with bad governance and corrupt officials as this, I wouldn't have come here in the first place. I have been everywhere I could, but can not cash my travelers check. The banking policy does not approve of foreign check here. I am in a tight corner right now.I know this may be a little bit hard for you but all I need is your trust and help. I hate to ask people for money myself, but I do not have choice than to seek your help Babe. All I have on me right now is my $50,000 travelers check. I need just $5,000 to complete the $50,000 import tariff. Please my love, I would really be happy if you can lend me $5,000 or less as no money is too small so I can pay this bill before it get too late. I promise I will refund it to you immediately I arrive in your country as soon as we cash the travelers check or with the payment I will be pay after this contract.I also sent a mail to my Lawyer, and she told me she will try to raise at least $45,000 to help me as she is also short of cash. I am just praying earnestly, and wishing she could help me out as well. I do hope to read from you as soon as possible. Beside, you will be sending the money to me or to the Seaport Accountant directly, and I will go down there to claim my machines, and equipments. I wish you would trust me this time to help me by lending me the money, and I am going to refund it to you.Worried Martin
