The mother said "who knows if she will be able to make use of her eyes anymore". When she said that, I felt so bad but yes I told them, and also it is not possible for me to take up all expenses after all I paid for the first aid treatments given to her and other medications too. This is not because i do not want to do what they want but right now, I have a lot of expenses on my neck, the machine issues are still there, rent for laboratory, hotel, staff wages, material cost and now the cost of medications and compensation For their daughter .. That will be too much for me right now ..Though I will be able to do anything they want by the time I finish the job and get my full payment.After a lot of argument, the police and the labor Representatives made there judgment and conclusion. I will pay for the medical treatment and the parent will also contribute part of it. The doctor recommended we take her to a specialist hospital and they will be flying her there for the eye surgery Because it need to be done as soon as possible for her not to loose her two eyes finally.They said if we do not agree, then We will have to go to court and that will be worst because it will stop my work for some time since it will involve more investigation and a court decision,Then I will loose more .. I really do not want that to happen. They will be making arrangement for her transfer to the specialist and now I think I have no other choice.I am just Lying down here in my hotel room and I am so quiet and depressed. I feel so sad right now because raising funds now would not be so easy.Anyways, I have to stop here now .. I want to get a hot shower and get some rest.Love You Always,Jim

It was a court notification letter and they said in the letter they will send another letter to me to confirm the date of the court proceedings. I quickly ran out to see the parent. The lawyer also advice that we settle the matter out of court as soon as I can because if we have to go to court, I have to pay for his own service and there after, he doesn't see any good chance that I will win the case and at the end, the court might also ask me to pay  her a compensation which may turn out to be more than what they are asking for right now.. Nobody else or what would I do..? Should I not face this reproach now only with the woman I love and find a solution to the problem..? The return on the job as well is also something that cannot be overlooked.. I do not like to say this because I haven't told any body that the return on this job at the end is around 435,000 Euros but at this point, I have to open up totally about the job.I was still working on getting the new machine in order to get work done and then this silly accident happened. These are issues that are a little difficult to handle. Though I have being able to sort some few things out but still not enough and I really need to settle the problems with this lady and her parent for me to be able to continue work.I really need your support here baby to make this work.. I have being able to raise a reasonable amount and now i only need £9,490 more  to get things done... Right now work has stopped at the laboratory and it makes me loose more if i do not find the solution now.. the workers are there, they get their payment either I like it or not, the rent is also there and other expenses. This guy at the machine company also told me that the payment plan giving to me for the new machine is just a sales offer and it will be closing soon.   I do hope you understand me.. I know this is not so easy for you over there with all the the things we hear around. But I do  Like you to know that I am not in for those kind of things, though we haven't met in person but I will be able to proof this to you by the time i get back. I also think this is a chance to try me.. And may be that will open the door for you to know how much more you can trust me.  I am not asking you to give me the money permanently but if you can help me with it now. I will refund it back in some couple of weeks.
