The date of issue 15.1.2000 doesn't fit the domestic-passports serial-number 88 03 ... !The official signature comes from the Central-Passport-Office in Yoshkar-Ola, the Capital of the Republic Mari El in Russia! The passport-photo wasinserted with a photo-editing-program into the domestic-passport! The hair is cut off by the security-strip, this security-seal was stuck on a trans-parent-film on the lower side!
