So I checked it out in a database and find, that this passport belongs to “Stella Adjei”. I know from a true source (not the foreign ministry) that it is impossible, that a passport can have a double number. The also source said, that a visa, even if it will be renewed, never be written that way. I also looked on YouTube for a video of Briana Lee, that is the girl on the pictures (). The voice is completely different to yours and so I think that you are Stella Adjei.
